My illustration fanart of Eddie Munson, the beloved metalhead from the hit Netflix series Stranger Things is taking his first steps into the haunting world of the Upside Down. Inspired by one of the scenes in the show, this fanart tries to capture the eerie feel of the show.
The retro cartoon, comic art style pays tribute to the spirited and quirky 80s rock hero of Hawkins High School, president of the Hellfire Club and slayer of the supernatural forces of evil in an iconic scene where he blasts out the most heavy metal of songs. He plays ‘Master of Puppets’ by Metallica on his guitar to help take down Vecna (Henry Creel).
